Dark Sidus Radio is a Canadian based entity sponsored by the Sidus Noctis gaming organization.
The following are details of that agreement:

1) Dark Sidus Radio is not owned, operated or controlled by SidusNoctis.com or the Sidus Noctis Gaming organization.

2) Dark Sidus Radio will present advertising and game related programming in exchange for forum space, website advertising, sub-domain redirection (music.sidusnoctis.com), email services and other considerations from SidusNoctis.com.

3) The Sidus Noctis gaming organization is not responsible for the music selection and/or playlist played on Dark Sidus Radio which is at the sole discretion of Dark Sidus Radio.
