This person likes to have friendly Private Store chats with the Elyos. He is a traitor and should be treated as such.
They also stood by and did nothing while we executed the pigeons they were talking to.
He is in the Legion "Legacy of the Fallen" I've contacted his BG to see if this is the norm for them. If the BG supports this behavior we'll blacklist the whole Legion.
