Sidus Noctis is a gaming organization comprised of members occupying games of many formats.

The SidusNoctis.com Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by SidusNoctis.com for members of Sidus Noctis. This website and forums sole purpose is for the use of Sidus Noctis members and those with a bonafide interest in joining Sidus Noctis and have not been rejected for membership or have not been removed or removed themselves voluntarily or involuntarily from Sidus Noctis.

The SidusNoctis.com Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. PENALTIES AND REMEDIES PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT

Violators of this agreement may be procecuted for fraud, violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act or any applicable state or federal laws. Civil penalties, where applicable, may also be sought.
