BioWare <company>(Admitted World PvP oppression and cover-up)
May 26, 2012, 12:51:22 PM by OpenSorce | Views: 604 | Comments: 2
UPADTE: BioWare has fully admitted to this. See link in third post.
Recently, several players from the Fatman server have stated that a BioWare GM appeared to them while they were enjoying world PvP in the Aurek Base on Hoth. The GM ordered them to leave or face severe penalties.
One of the involved players, Kiroshei, then posted screenshots of and complaints about the incident on the forums. More than 10 hours later, BioWare removed the thread calling the entire incident a hoax. The hoax claim was based on the fact that a composite screenshot was used to display the entire conversation with the GM. They also publicly stated that the poster's account had been actioned even though it is a violation of BioWare's Privacy Policy to divulge actions taken against a player.
A duplicate report was posted on Reddit ( here )since most if not all posts regarding this incident have been removed from SWTOR.com.
This incident represents a gross violation of BioWare's own Terms of Service Policy regarding PvP. The mention of action against a player is, as mentioned before, a violation of BioWare's Privacy Policy. This disgraceful turn of events places BioWare itself in a very actionable position, legally speaking.
Below are a list of screenshots posted by "swtorkiroshie" on Reddit. These screenshots were verified as accurate by "Shimmazu" in this thread: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?p=4473176#post4473176

Attempts to contact either of the parties who have reported these incidents have been unsuccessful as their accounts seem unable to receive private messages on the SWTOR forums.
<War> Imperial Guild

Prime, the guild leader of War seems to be quite upset with me since the end of Whorizon came about. Although he's never really met me or played with me, he's made several derogatory posts about me which I've had removed. Earlier this morning I had a post of his removed from the SWTOR forums for being nothing more than a personal attack. He reported a post of mine shortly after and within minutes we had a new person trying to join our forums...
This person was trying to register under the name: Gusbus
Obviously, we banned this person's IP address and legal sent them a cease and desist email.
Also, now we have a member of War telling our members that he/she wants to contact me about cheating. I suspect this is just a trolling attempt but could be wrong.
Coincidence? I think not. Either Prime and the rest of War are friends with those suspected cheaters Whorizon or Prime is Gusbus. Either way, they shouldn't be trusted.
On another note, although my post was removed I received only a non-infraction warning which I am contesting and should have removed shortly. A lot like the time someone reported me for saying "Whorizon" in a Warzone and I had the account action lifted.

ASTV is often seen in WZs with Horizon and are rumored to be the secondary guild of Horizon. Also highly suspected of the same cheats as Horizon. Several Nocti and other players have noted that they can plant bombs in less then a few seconds while stealthed as well as the usual damage and speed cheats.
Kill on sight. Report.

Kakarot - Imperial Player

I suspect Kakarot is a closeted gay kid who likes to throw around hate speech because he thinks it throws off suspicion. He spends an awful lot of time trying to get my attention by sending me numerous tells. In any case, he's trash. Never group with him or help him for any reason.
Update: 20 tickets later, this little piece of garbage is STILL harassing me and other guild members on a daily basis. Obviously, BioWare finds his $15 a month more important than anyone else's.
Imperial Player: Fingolo

Fingolo is highly suspected of cheats including damage reduction and lag hacking.
